We normally deal in new build developments, though you will also see some examples of large scale conversions on our web-site. We recommend you take a careful look at our gallery of previous deals, to give you an idea of the size and scope of a typical offering. We will always look at larger schemes, but we will not consider anything smaller than those currently to be found on our web-site.
