Is This the Start of Winter?

I’ve no idea whether it’s global warming or just a bit of unseasonably pleasant weather, but we certainly thought we had escaped a proper winter this year. We have included details in this month's VIewpoint of a few remaining properties still available at their original pre-increase price. [more]

UK Buy to Let Taxation

Generally speaking, if you are a regular investor who buys and holds rather than buying to sell on at a profit, you will be liable for Income Tax each year on the profits from your investment portfolio and Capital Gains Tax on the profit you make when you eventually sell. [more]
